The Probation department monitors conditions of sentence ordered by the Benton County District Court Judge(s).

Individuals ordered to comply with certain conditions must contact the probation department at:

The probation officer will review with the individual the specific probation requirements that are listed on their Judgement and Sentence.  Individuals given an appointment must report to probation on the date provided by the Court or probation officer.  If for any reason the individual is unable to attend his/her scheduled appointment, he/she must call the office and re-schedule the appointment

    *During this time that social distancing is mandated, Benton County District Court will accept an online Victim’s Panel from these 2 websites:  

    1. www.sbconlinepanel.com

             2.  www.maddvip.org

  • Restitution payment should be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order made out to the victim. Mail the payment to Benton County District Court. You may also pay at the cashier’s window or put in the drop box at the Justice Center in Kennewick. 
  • Questions about jail time, work crew, or work release contact the jail at 509-783-1451. 
  • Questions about your driver’s license, Ignition Interlock requirements, or SR22 insurance, contact DOL at 360-902-3630.
  • Have specific questions about fines, you may need to talk to the cashiers directly.
