Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *
Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *
Saturday/Sunday: CLOSED 

*Note: Office is closed for lunch from noon - 1:00 PM daily

About the Fairgrounds
The Benton County Fairgrounds offers an affordable venue for almost any type of event. Our multipurpose facility is perfect for concerts, meetings, weddings, banquets, holiday parties, trade shows, livestock events, RV rallies, sporting events, and day camps. The possibilities are endless!

The 126-acre site is beautifully landscaped with mature trees and established lawn. It is handicap accessible, fully fenced and can be accessed by three major street entrances with parking for over 2,000 vehicles. We pride ourselves in doing everything we can to meet your every need with uncompromising service. Our staff is well trained and will help guide you through all phases of your event.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe, family-friendly facility promoting entertainment, community events, private events, agriculture, equestrian, 4-H organizations and encouraging youth development while preserving rural traditions to all who use the facility. We are committed to excellence of service and quality facilities with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Our Vision
Our vision is to be a premier, multi-use event center with an emphasis on agricultural industries and to grow our fairgrounds as a regional events and entertainment center.

Our core values are:

  • Respect traditions of the past and cast new directions for the future with a focus on youth.
  • Maintain mission while enhancing production based on defined needs.
  • Facilitate agriculture as a core principle without limiting strategic development or impeding full production capacity of the Benton County Fairgrounds.
  • Ensure that quality and imaginative production experiences remain core values for the development and operations of Benton County Fairgrounds.

Our action plans will be developed between the Fairgrounds Improvement Board, the Benton County Commissioners, and the citizens of Benton County.
