District Court  front counters are closed until further notice. 

In-person mitigation hearings are not available at this time.  
All mitigation hearings will be held by mail or email.

On the subject line
please write Mitigation by Mail.
A judge will review your case, and you will receive a response from the Court.

You have 15 days to respond to the infraction from the date the ticket was issued.  You have 4 options to choose from to respond to a ticket:

1.  Pay the listed penalty;
2.  Request a Mitigation Hearing to admit and explain the circumstances;
3.  Ask for a Deferred Finding to keep the infraction off your driving record;
4.  Request a Contested Hearing to challenge the infraction.
