Rules
The inmate must have turned in a visitation list with your name on it in order to visit.
The following rules are strictly enforced. Breaking any of the following rules will result in loss of visitation privileges.
- You must be on the inmate's visitation list in order to sit at a monitor. Anyone who sits at a monitor who is not on the list will be asked to leave and the visit will be terminated. (Children may sit with parent or guardian)
- You must check in for your appointment by the scheduled time or it will be canceled.
- All visitors, except persons under 18, must have picture identification with date of birth and must show it to the receptionist in order to sit at a monitor. Failure to do so will result in monitor being shut off and not restarted.
- A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 18 years of age.
- Visits are up to 30 minutes long.
- If the inmate you signed up to visit is not the inmate on the monitor, your visit will be terminated.
- There is no food or drink allowed in the visitation/lobby area.
- Children will not be left unattended and must be supervised and controlled.
- Behavior that is disruptive to facility operation will not be tolerated.
- If there is legal reason, such as existence of a no contact order between the visitor and the inmate, visit will be terminated.
- Attempts to bring in contraband will not be tolerated.
- Obvious influence of alcohol or controlled substance is not allowed.
- You may be checked for warrants.
- Visit may be terminated if there are reasonable grounds to believe the visit would present a substantial danger to the facility security or welfare of prisoners, staff or other visitors.
- If you were recently incarcerated at our facility, you cannot visit inmates for 24 hours after your release.
If you miss appointments or are late multiple times, we may deny your visits.
