Election Maps
Election maps are available at the Benton County Auditor's Office Election Department in Prosser. Complete the Request for Maps and return it to our office and we will contact you within 5 business days.
Electronic maps are available from the Benton County GIS Department. For custom electronic maps you will need to contact the Benton County GIS Department (509) 786-5485.
Election Results
Election Results are available for every election held by Benton County. Only from 2006 to current are available in Excel (XLS) format. After the election has been certified, copies of the precinct by precinct results are available. Complete the Request for Election Results and return it to our office and we will contact you within 5 business days.

Returned Envelopes Request
Interested in seeing who has returned their envelope for an election? Complete the Request for Returned Envelope Data and return it to our office and will contact you within 5 business days.
It is important to know that we can only provide a list of voters who have returned their envelope. These is no way to determine how any voter has voted. To protect all voter's privacy, the Election Department intentionally separates the voter's information from the ballot long before the ballot is opened. Registered Voter Data/List Request
Registered voter lists and labels are available to the public and are limited by state law to political use only. Complete the Request for Voter Data and return it to our office and we will contact you within 5 business days.
Public Disclosure Forms
In 2010, the legislature passed SB 6243 that eliminated the requirement to file copies of PDC forms with the Auditor. The Auditor is still required to keep copies of previous PDC forms for 5 years after the date of filing.
The Election Department will make copies of public disclosure forms currently on file. If your request is under 34 pages there will be no charge. Any requests that exceed 34 pages cost $0.15 per page.
